Anthony Project, says a few words during their 24th annual candle light vigil inside the Coe Park auditorium Thursday night in Torrington. To the left is interpreter Tracy Follert. In the foreground is Kristina Dvilinskas,  a student at Thomaston High School and a member of the Interact Club, a Rotary Club based organization.  Dvilinskas was acting as a "silent witness", which represented those who lost their lives to domestic violence.
