WATERBURY, CT--10 APRIL 2007--041007JS03-Machinery fire at Ansonia Copper and Brass Inc., 725 Bank St., was quickly distinguished Tuesday afternoon by Waterbury firefighters from Engines 2, 10, 4, Trucks 3 and 2, a rescue engine, Battalion 2 and Car 5. The fire happened around 3 p.m. It was contained to the machine and its exhaust stack, said Deputy Fire Chief Steve Ayotte. Firefighters stood by while the equipment which is involved<br />
in an anealing process, de-energized. A company manager declined to comment.<br />
