Waterbury, CT-22 July 2012-072112CM01-  (L-R) Zoe Knebel, 4 of Waterbury, her aunt Barbara Johnson of Ponca City, OK, Maddy Karins, 9, of Northfield and Tammy Terrell of Northfield watch as Vicki Ethier, of Lester, MA makes balloon animals during the 8th annual City Fest Saturday afternoon at Library Park in Waterbury.  The event featured free hot dogs, sodas, clothing and a raffle for 50 free bikes said Mike Arsenault President of the Mission of Greater Waterbury who helped sponsor the event.  There was also entertainment, activities social service agencies and live music.  City Fest Director, Peter O'Neill said all facets of the community came together, including 25 area churches. The expected turnout was between 2500 and 3000 people. "Our future goal and vision is to see it grow each year in every capacity.  Most of all, expanding its scope in reaching this area for Christ in a Biblical and compassionate way." said O'Neill.   Christopher Massa Republican-American
