TORRINGTON CT. 06 March 2015-040615SV07-Dakota Cross, 17, of Torrington gets a chance to try the Distracted Driving simulator with his friends as back seat drivers at Torrington High School in Torrington Monday. In an ongoing and robust effort to prevent roadway fatalities and injuries related to distracted driving, the Connecticut Department of Transportation’s Highway Safety Office is once again funding and bringing Kramer International’s highly acclaimed “Save a Life Tour” Distracted Driving Program to Connecticut high schools. Students had a chance to try the simulator throughout the day.<br />
