WESTPORT, CT - 29 January 2013-012913EC02-- Jun Pritsker, a student at Weston High School, was hired to help patrons at the Westport Public Library work a new 3D printer. The machine, which is open on all sides, hooks up to a laptop or a camera memory card. It then reads the selected file and pushes out melted plastic to form unique shapes. The library now offers a large design space with two separate kinds of 3D printers. It has attracted students, inventors and curiosity seekers. Erin Covey Republican-American.
