Waterbury, CT-05, February 2010-020510CM06 Students from Kennedy High School in Waterbury are quick to use their cell phones following dismissal Friday afternoon. Taylor Jacovich, (right) and a junior at Kennedy, talks on his cell phone. The Waterbury Education Department is looking to crack down on the use of cell phones while the students are in school. Taking the cell phones and keeping them, is something that has been discussed. Many of the students aren’t too thrilled about it. "That is the single stupidest thing anyone could do", remarked Jacovich. --Christopher Massa Republican-American
