GOSHEN, CT-25 April 2012-042512BF04-- Jill Maeder, a physical therapist and certified instructor, goes through a list of precautions during the  Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program sponsored by the Goshen Recreation Department. During the six-week program, participants will go through a series of gentle movements and activities designed to increase mobility and range of motion.
