Oxford, CT- 22 September 2014-092214CM04-  Kaylii Blasavage, 3, of Oxford makes a sand art necklace with her grandfather Mike Blasavage, at the Oxford Public Library on Monday.  Various colors of sand were used to create the necklaces, part of the library's craft day, which runs on Mondays.  Events are held from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. and is open to all ages, said children's' librarian Marissa Ciullo.  The month of October however will feature Spooky Science days which will be held on Monday's from 3:30p.m. until 5:30 p.m.  Christopher Massa Republican-American
