WATERBURY, CT-15 JULY 2010-071510IP02- (from right) Ed and Gertrude Brouillard, Dolores Lamontagne, Giusephina LaPorta and Louisa Sica stretch out dough to make fried dough during the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Feast in Waterbury on Thursday. Fried dough is a big seller at the festival and 3,500 lbs. of dough are used throughout the four-day event to make it. The festivities at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, which include food, live entertainment, and kids' activities, will run through Sunday. <br />
