The owners of CoCo Key Water Resort and the city are in court to determine how to assess the tax value of the park's 909 linear feet of water slides, including the 355-foot-long Pelican Plunge seen here just before the park's 2008 opening. The resort and adjoining Holiday Inn hotel owe the city $223,000 in back personal property taxes.<br />
