THOMASTON, CT- 31 JULY 2008- 073108JT01-Howard Pincus, of White Plains, NY, holds a bucket for Hal Reiser, of Ossining, NY, to place zip ties as they prepare the platform for Friday's kick-off of the Day Out with Thomas the Tank Engine at the Railroad Museum of New England in Thomaston. In the background is a napping Thomas the Tank Engine, covered in a black mask. Pincus is platform supervisor for the event, while Reiser will be an engineer. In addition to a 25-minute ride on Thomas, the event will also feature food vendors, museum admittance, merchandise, story-telling, a hay bale maze, a Thomas bouncy castle, a g-scale model railroad, curious creatures, and an "Imagination Station," where children can color, stamp, play with building blocks and make their own hats.<br />
