Waterbury, CT- 12 January 2016-011216CM02- Workers remove some of the scaffolding at the Republican-American tower in Waterbury on Tuesday.  Crews were removing part of the a temporary structure as they continued work on the tower, which was also the city’s former Union Station, built in 1909.  It was designed by the renowned architectural firm of McKim, Mead and White.      Christopher Massa Republican-American
