MIDDLEBURY, CT-081017JS01-- A worker paints the trim around the widows in the main building at the Westover School in Middlebury on Thursday. According to Richard Beebe, Director of Advancement Communications Communications & Marketing Office, the major renovation work is focused on retaining the charm of the 100-plus-year-old building while bringing the mechanical systems and the spaces up to date. The front entrance, dining hall, and other front of school spaces will get new heating and cooling systems, flooring, lighting, paint, and refurbished windows. In subsequent summers additional sections of the School will be renovated. The work from this phase should be completed before the students return for the upcoming school year. <br />
