WATERTOWN,  CT 20 September 2005 -092005BZ06-  Dhondup, a Tibetan Buddhist Monk from the Drepung Gomag Monastic University in southern India, uses a "Shakpur" while constructing a sand mandala inside the Mark Potter Gallery at the Taft School in Watertown Tuesday.  The shakpur, a hollow metal tube filled with colored sand, is rubbed to release small amounts with precision allowing the monks to create intricate designs. <br />
