GOSHEN, CT, 25 SEPTEMBER 2011-092511JS13-The stamped nameplate on a milling machine from The Carter and Hakes Machine Company in Winsted Connecticut, is one of the many items on display inside the carriage house at the Winsted Historical Society. Town Historian Milly Hudak has spent years collecting items made and manufactured in Winsted and has put them on display at the historical society.<br />
