TORRINGTON--13 September 2008--091308TJ15 - A first-floor bathroom uses an avonite countertop, made of at least 40 percent recycled material, rubberwood for the cabinet, recycled material for cabinet hardware, an occupancy sensor for the lights, and like all faucets in the house has an aerator faucet, which mixes the water with air to decrease the amount of water leaving the faucet, seen at a tour of a house on Tognalli Drive in Torrington that was built with environmentally friendly materials and aimed at lowering the resident's environmental footprint, on Saturday, September 13, 2008.
