NAUGATUCK,  CT, 14 DECEMBER  2011-122311JS01-Three year-old Tyler Clabaugh, right, opens an early Christmas gift while sitting on the lap of his great-grandmother Kathy Sembrowich in their Naugatuck home on Friday. Thanks to a Naugatuck Valley Health District grant that helps remove lead paint from hones, the family has been reunited. Tyler had been living in foster care for a few years because his great-grandparents could not obtain custody of him because their 1885 home had led issues. <br />
