WATERBURY, CT - 1 April 2013-040113EC01--    Warren Altomari, the owner of Connecticut Sew and Vac in Waterbury, shows Deborah Van Steenbergen the new embroidery sewing machine he donated to the organization she founded. Van Steenbergen's group, Quilts That Care, makes quilts and gifts them to cancer patients at various treatment centers throughout the state.  The group thanked Altomari during their meeting Monday night at the Harold Leever Cancer Center.   Erin Covey Republican-American.
