WOODBURY CT- MARCH 21 2014 032114DA10- Woodbury and Bethlehem Animal Control Officer Judy Umstead spends time with Lenny, held by Woodbury's First Selectman William Butterly and Henry, a 5 years old corgi beagle mix as they visit the Woodbury Town Hall on Friday. The dogs are part of the animal cruelty case against Frederick Acker who refuses to sign over the dogs so they can find their deserving homes. The animals have been either in boarding kennels, foster homes or local pounds since November 8, 2012. Judy Umstead along with other supporters have fought back and begun a "Free The 63" campaign to help the dogs.<br />
